Zvika serves as a nurse in a nursing home, while Gabriel works as support staff in a large hospital. Beyond their professional lives, they've shared the spotlight as drag artists and life partners for seventeen years. Globally, the LGBTQ+ community faces a paradox: despite making vital contributions to society and national progress, they often encounter persistent institutional discrimination. This widespread issue not only undermines their societal roles but also contributes significantly to mental distress, loneliness, and fear among LGBTQ+ individuals. This reality underscores the need for greater understanding and inclusivity in societies worldwide.

Oded Wagenstein (born 1986) uses the photographic medium to explore the relationship between Aging, Exclusion, and Longing. A Sociology, Anthropology and Film and Television graduate from Tel Aviv University. His work has been published, among other platforms, by National Geographic, BBC, The Guardian, VOGUE and has been displayed around the world, including exhibitions presented in the National Portrait Gallery (London, UK), the United Nations (NYC, USA), and the State Historical Museum of Russia in the Red Square (Moscow, Russia). Working with JDC-ESHEL, part of a global NGO advocating for the elderly.

Submissions do not have to adhere to documentary principles. Alternate processes and digital manipulations are allowed. Each participant is allowed to enter up to 5 images. The images must be taken in 2023.
