Leung Man Hei is a visual journalist based in Hong Kong. Leung was born in 1999 and grew up in Hong Kong. Studied Journalism and Communication at university, became a visual journalist, and his works have been featured in publications such as TIME, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Fortune, CNN, Insider, CNBC, Forbes, etc. Leung has won local and international photography awards, including the College Photographer Of The Year Award (CPOY), Hong Kong Press Photographers Association ”Focus at the Frontline” Photo Competition, multiple International Photography Awards (IPA), Prix de la Photographie Paris (Px3), etc. Now an independent photographer, focusing on recording the current situation of society and developing a personal photography project.
[ DAILY LIFE ] A single photograph, candid and un-posed, that reflects the human experience, celebrates life, or chronicles a cultural trend. Respect for the dignity of the person is important. Each participant is allowed to enter up to 5 images. The images must be taken in 2023.
